Heroic Token rewards don't show

Hi, i received several heroic tokens as rewards for pvp and pve today but when i go to the recruit screen, there is nothing there. The award message pops up as normal but there's no number symbol on the recruit button and nothing inside. i'm playing the latest version of the game on ipad.

    This happened to me with my ten pack from last season. As of now it has been 2 weeks with no fix for me. Good luck!

    You should open a customer support ticket through the help button in the settings menu.

    I wrote a mail to mobilesupport@d3p.us
    Didn't get a message except the autoanswer so far though

    It's the weekend now, so unfortunately you shouldn't expect a response until at least Monday.

    I sent my mail three days ago but i'm not in a hurry. It's not like i'm good with heroic tokens anyways icon_e_wink.gif
