And mags is a bit redundant with mags, IMO. (And I'd rather keep the enemy stunlocked than AP deprived, saves the incidental matching damage, and they don't have a chance to get a freak cascade)

Rag's speed makes him a go to for me (maxed out) but I really like my Mags-Spidey-Punisher team.
