39 covers all gone

Can someone please help .
Last Thursday when I was about to go play I got a message stating my file was corrupted.
All 39 covers gone.
Not one of those covers was level one. Spent over 100$ purchasing hero point
365 of daily rewards. All gone.
Started a new game spent $25 to purchase hero points today I get the same message.
Emailed the in app support but they haven't responded.
How do I recover my covers please I have invested to much time on this game

    Unfortunately this is entirely a Customer Support issue. Have some patience and if they have no responded in 48 hours, send another e-mail asking if there has been any progress.

    Make sure to include as much detail as possible, including, but not limited to, your Player ID.
