Triggered a level 4 Black Widow Anti-Gravity Device and nothing happened. No health, no burst of health, no nothing.

Were there countdown tiles on the board? Below level 5, if there are countdown tiles, it will extend them and not restore health.0

No and I have verified again that it doesn't work. (don't know what happens to countdown tiles I haven't had any on board so far).
When there are countdown tiles you get half healing.0 -

Actually, you only get half healing when AGD is at level 5 with enemy countdowns present. At levels 1-4, enemy countdown tiles are extended without any healing.0
