IceIX, release the updated 2* Daken

As pointed out here, Daken was ready to go and then he was pulled.

We all know that he is getting nerfed in some way and I would theorise that any reduced nerfing to him (from his current plan) is going to be modest.

So IceIX, release the planned 2* Daken as you have him now. This will be an enhancement to the character and you will see his use increase, mostly as his level increase is a large plus and he gains an ability.

You can then see this impact upon the proposed 3* version.

    It would be really nice if they did this, I cleared a roster slot and built up a 2 star Daken after they announced the changes. Daken's biggest problem is his level cap, the nerfs they gave him aren't even that bad.
