Level 5 red power for Modern Storm is suddenly at 9 AP instead of 5.

It is currently costing 9ap at lvl5. I can't find any patch notes or reason for it. It has only been like this since the download a few hours ago, so either bug or poor documenting.0

Since it wasn't announced, and pretty much doubles the power activation cost, it might be a bug. It's either a serious bug, or a major unannounced nerf.0
