Cleared cache of game, can I login?

Hi All

I have cleared the cache of my game after I couldn't login. How can I restore my account?

    If you previously linked your account to Facebook then just link it again. The game will log you out and load your account information again. It will not overwrite your progress with a new game, The in-game instructions do not make this clear.

    If you did not link your account with FB then contact Customer Support to see if they can do anything.

    Anyone know how long they take to respond?

    It has been 3-4 days and I have had no response.
