really need this caracter, need a new level 4 cover. so when will i be able to buy it??

    At some point after Season III ends he'll be added to token packs. IceIX said in his Q&A that it was essentially a bonus prize for the top alliances in the seasons.

    I think his third cover is awarded as part of Season 3 rewards. You won't be able to buy him until after Season 3 ends at least.
