why cant i purchase hp points? I used my mastercard and it has enough money to buy hp points...is there a problem?

    Google Wallet may have suspended your account until you provide proof of identity and address. I'm having just that problem at the moment. I've given them a scan of my passport and a bill which states my address, but they still want some proof of address now. I just mailed them my latest VISA bill that consists only of Google Wallet purchases. Hopefully this will be enough, because if it isn't, then they've made me miss out on the sale. icon_evil.gif
