Quick question: Who's in the Regular tokens?

Quick question: Are the new covers that aren't in the heroic token pool yet (Sentry, LDaken, Mstorm, etc.) in the standard tokens or are they released to both pools at the same time?

  AFAIK same as Heroic plus the *s.
