Alliance improvements

Hi,

I would like to suggest two improvements on alliances to make our life better.

First, let us change the guild names.

Second, all commanders should be allowed to contribute together with hero points to add extra slots.

    I think a CS ticket can help you with the first one. As for the second, they are looking at ways to do something like that.
