10 and 42 packs have a 4.1% chance to pull a 3* Storm down from ~6.1% in prior events for the featured 3*.

    You must be insane to buy either version so I see no practical difference while the fools who are parted with their money will not care either.

    And D3 will surely draw conclusions like the last time, that the 2% reallocated to bagman or whatever was probably the thing people are after so the change is for their sake.

    I see 4.4%, but same difference. Innumeracy - still a thing after 25 years.
