Again I ask. PLEASE get rid of the ability tab change!

So I'm about to use Black Widow's purple ability. I change the tab to her, I'm clicking on the ability to it fires when I get a turn. Patch fired off his green. Why? Because he healed, which is an ability and when a character uses an ability it changes the selected tab to that character.

As a result Storm C on the opposing team fired off her "I've been damaged" move, boosted by the strike tiles to kill two of my guys, thus basically ending the match.

Yeah, I could just be patient and pay attention...or the game could stop changing the tab just because a character used a passive ability. I mean, what do I gain from that? What do I gain from having the tab switched on me? I can't honestly see a benefit to it other than slowing me down having to keep reselecting the tab I want. Even more annoying since Daken's involved since matching a green or getting a green cascade will switch to his tab every time he makes a strike tile.
