Happy Feedback Thread(1) vs Unhappy Feedback threads (10000)

A interesting marketing theory is that for every person that has a bad experience with a product, that person will tell 10 other people about it. If someone experience good service, they tend to tell 3 people ( if at all). So to be more positive I'd like to highlight some of the great changes. Feel free to add in over time as well gents.

1) Chance to win 1* and 2** rewards for PVP. I thought this was a very nice touch for newer players. I'm hoping they roll something similar out for PVE
2) One touch level up button. This was a community driven change and works fantastically. Awesome example of people brainstorming and the dev's implementing it.
3) New character releases. Remember when just one hero came out every couple of months?
