Swiftkey not working in alliance chat

Anyone else having this issue or know the fix? I paid for this keyboard and prefer to not switch constantly to alliance chat.

    There's a thread about it in the support/bugs forum. Same issue here. Switched to Swype in the meantime, which has the benefit of the swipe function actually working which was never the case with Swiftkey. Won't automatically add spaces like it does in everything else though.
