HELP- Progress lost!

I was trying to transfer my account from my samsung Galaxy to my new Smartphone by saving through Facebook, and it ended up deleting all of my progress! Is there anyway to get my characters back? I had 30 characters and many of them were at or near max level.

    Have you contacted Customer Support? If you give them your in game name they should be able to help you in some manner.
