Non-stop reolling account, which hero should I get to start?

I am pretty new to this game, I would like to ask you all which hero is currently the best,
I checked the ranking but it says it is outdated because of recent changes,
May anyone please help me please?

    you should not focus on getting 3*s right away, you should build 1*s, then 2*s, and only then you can get close to building 3*s.
