Missing members (Alliance is kick them out?)

In my alliance "AVENGED" we have a problem. 2 of my members gone, they don't leave the alliance and no one kick them... they just were out the alliance... and they cant join again, when they try it, a ERROR messaje appears, saying that an error from the server is doing it and they have to try later... but stills like that... this is happening with my STEAM members... anyone knows something? Support, here are you?

    They were likely caught cheating by D3P. When that happens the users are removed from their alliance, banned from joining alliances, can't be attacked in PVP, and their rank in events does not hurt others. So they can be #1 in their event, but in reality nobody else can see them and the person that they see as #2 is really #1.
