seeking for a 3* roster..advice needed..

..i have a 3 max 2* char, a.wolvie, c.storm, mnthor.i have also 2 lvl 70+ w/ complete covers ares & obw..is it ok for me now to jump to a 3* roster? My 3* are hulk 3/3/4 lvl 35, psylocke 2/2/3 lvl 27, doom 3/3 lvl 32, ragna 2/3 lvl 24, lazy thor 1/2/2 lvl 31, lazy cap, 2/0/1 lvl 25, ht 1/1 lvl 15, patch 3/3/2 lvl 30, c.mags 2/3/4 lvl 34 & the others have 1 cover only..i did not spent some iso to my 3* roster as per polarity said that "spend iso to a 3* if they will be at par lvl w/ ur max lvl 2* ( unless they are buffed i spend some iso with them)..
