The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes -- 52 episodes, Sep 2010 - May 2013

These are excellent, with great characterizations and good storylines. There are excellent set-ups in many episodes which pay off in future episodes. All characters get good stand-out moments.

Marvel's Avengers Assemble -- 22 episodes (ongoing), May 2013 - Present

I'd call these decent, with better animation but worse storylines and characterizations than TA:EMH. Particularly noisome is repeated mansion-destroying fights over food. When they actually have a foe to fight, it can be fairly good, but often the direction of an episode is telegraphed too strongly.

    Really liked the few episodes I've seen. If they ever put out an ultimate collection with every episode it's an instant pre-order for me.
