App stability

Hello everyone,

I would like to check if you are taking extra measures to make sure the MTGPQ app is running smooth and stable, like clearing cache, restarting the app regularly, and so on.

The reason why I ask is that in the past two coalition events (Survivors of Four Tribes part 1 and part 2) our team suffered three app crashes in total. I don't have to explain the implications of that if you are playing for one of the top teams.

Another question to all the programmers here and to @Magic:PQ Support Team Can something be done on a programming level, like a double check on the start of a match for a connection, or a save state where the player can revert to (without the option to abuse this in case they have a regular loss) in case the app crashes?

Right now these crashes feel random and it is VERY frustrating to keep experiencing this in our team. It is impossible to compete with the other top teams, especially in relatively easy events like the two mentioned earlier.

Thanks all!

Dear Machine, I am sorry this happened to TR this past weekend. As you stated, these particular events are ones which teams like ours should be able to finish flawlessly more often than not. When that is prevented by some fortuitous event like an app crash or server disconnect, it leads to frustration. We have all experienced this over the years, both in invididual and coalition events.
I've always had great admiration for TeamReckless. You are a highly competitive, focused team led by an exemplary leaders. I hope that incidents that lead to unfortunate game or ribbon losses beyond players' control are minimized so that our victories feel earned and our losses be taken as valuable lessons instead of frustrating experiences.
Keep being great. You make this game more fun for your friendly rivals.
