This ultimately shouldn't matter until/if they bring back heroic bosses. Even if work/sleep does have to take precedence (and it should), there should still be plenty of time to clear the individual rewards.

It should be, but also the individual players will possibly run into reduced time to play with most of it on weekdays and the one weekend day will be the biggest level side nodes.

Maybe it’ll be no big deal but it’s still a change and possible additional hurdle for some.

Hitting personal boss goals hasn't been an issue for me, but our casual alliance has been struggling to clear the team goals as of late (last event with its increased points being an exception). Most of our points pushes come on the weekend days - and with that now being 1 instead of 2, I don't think we will be doing very well in this upcoming event.
