Anyone else hate this psylocke DDQ team?

It always takes me 2-3 times to win with my Magneto Storm Hawkeye 2 star team. Psylocke keeps boosting enemy tiles ultron drone keeps making critical tiles and Daken makes attack tiles if I accidently match green. Also if I almost have an ability to fire Psylocke does something that causes it to need more tiles

    Here's a secret: the rewards for that node and the 1* node are really bad, and they're not needed to get progression in DDQ. I've been skipping them both for years now.

    Based on you having 1.8 million iso on hand, I’m going to say you’re probably safe to start skipping that node.

    The 1* node isn’t bad with a Spidey and someone else if you feel like playing if.

    However, if for some reason you’re missing any 4s you need for The Behemoth Burrito, you might occasionally need to do that 2* node.

    Also a tip: you can decide to save a 1-2 Spidey (don’t ascend that copy) and make your speed of clearing any 2* nodes a lot faster. But that’s up to you.

    Like I said before, some characters getting buffs simply because they're in the PVE nodes to make it harder for players, like 4Kingpin and 2 Moonstone. Now even 3* Rag and 4* Sam got buffed by lowering their AP costs. Got surprised when they suddenly fired their powers so early...

    Yeah, Psy pinches your AP, so I usually amp mine up with purple boosts, especially if there is a daily quest for using a boost.

    Two birds stoned, or something..

    I tend to use Ares, Daken and 1 ascended 2 l144 Black Widow (but my 3rd has switched a few times as I ascended some others) Two green matches and the Ultron goon dies to Ares. Blue for Daken or Widow. Purple gets you some green AP back and Widows yellow will one-shot any of them. Never lost and not been close. One time widow died due to a purple/ Yellow heavy board but mostly plain sailing.

    And a million iso isn't much. I spent more than that (about 1.8m net) this season by leveling up my 4* dupes.

    A million iso may not be that much but also the node in question offers 2000 iso a day, or 60,000ish a month which isn’t even enough to champ one single 2.

    Skipping it won’t be noticeable if you decide it’s not worth the time to run your team of 2s against 3s and 2s, or skip the Ultron goon one and other annoying ones every time and only play it sometimes. Etc.

    I haven't played this node in a very long time but thanks to this post played it today! 2 Thor, 1a2 Spidey and somebody else (sorry forgotten because of age/beer) saw me through. I still need iso so maybe I will play more regularly! Thanks Grumpy666!
