    They just decided to do a surprise photo shoot for the store and unfortunately most of the superheroes are engaged in other ongoing skirmishes so only Maximus showed up.

    I forgot he even existed. Being reminded, I have no idea what he does or who he is. Interpretive dance instructor?

    He's actually good.

    He has a bunch of decent SAP tile powers, but the one that matters is "do damage every time an enemy SAP is created." He also has a passive that creates a 1-turn CD that does damage, every time any SAP is matched/destroyed/removed.

    Mine is ascended at like 450, and when he's boosted he shreds the Juggernaut/Sam team.

    I put some resources into him because my nephew's name is "Max", so mine is 512. He's kinda great. He's not fast enough to compete with turn 0 nonsense, but he can do insane damage.

    I fought him a few times when he was boosted to 672. He either does absolutely nothing or obliterates your whole team, no in between lol.

    It's definitely a buff. All the numbers go up.
