Hostility Doesn't Trigger at All

Just as the title says, I had 3 different sources doing noncombat damage to my opponent every turn and never once did Hostility trigger at all. It's needs to be fixed immediately.

    This is odd, because the few times I’ve had it where it should trigger, it did. Are you sure it’s damage you’re doing and not life loss?

    Could you please share the decklist used when you last encountered the issue?
