Oooo.... New QoL improvement...

Now can skip teams continuously in all PVP... Just need to be careful not to overskip then loses iso... :D

    Is very nice on Steam, on big screens. Nice debut for the new crew .... or an interim caretaker. Certainly isn't the old guys.

    I'm confused about what the QoL change is. Just did PVP and didn't notice anything different. Maybe I'm not on the right update?

    On 336 when you click skip it doesn’t take you back to the node select screen. It just loads a new target immediately on the same node, I believe.

    So it saves you clicking back in. One click saved. Also not waiting for backgrounds to load etc.

    Tbh every decent suggestion probably gets put on a list and they assign some estimate of time needed and priority for possibly increasing engagement or spending.

    PvP is turning into a ghost town so you can see how they’d try to improve it.

    My casual daily play alliance which routinely has a few people who don’t play anything that day keeps placing in T100 for PvP.

    That's easy. Make the rewards good -- better than PvE -- and they'll play. They'll have to, or they'll "fall behind," a fate worse than death!

    PvE rewards are good, and they get much better the more you play. PvP rewards are terrible in comparison. When the balance was flipped and PvP rewards were significantly better, everyone played PvP and tons of players competed for placement, even though they mostly hated it and complained about it. PvP placement was the only way to get the best stuff back then.

    Fix the incentives and you fix the problem.

    The problem of repetitive targets is not caused by lack of players playing pvp extensively. That issue is built into the system, and has always been with us, was just as common when PvP was crowded and red hot.

    The reduction in active PvP players has other effects. Fewer brackets. Probably less excitement on LINE, just as reddit, this forum, an d discord have all become ghost towns.

    Still used words exceeding 2 syllables. Dang.

    I see, I had to go back and read the entire conversation. You're absolutely right, getting more players into PvP doesn't fix the "not enough targets" problem at all. It does solve other problems though!
