Wouldn't you just turbo retreat for hours?
I'd love a PvP with some kind of alternate conditions or environment or something, bit I think this one doesn't make sense.

How about most combined damage taken during a PvP event? That would really create an opposite incentive to winning matches quickly.

How about most combined damage taken during a PvP event? That would really create an opposite incentive to winning matches quickly.
Oh there'd be lots of ways to win that. Assuming damage from retreats doesn't count, you could just bring Hulk and stick him in front, or pair him with airborne or away guys.

A fun one (would require coding changes obviously) would be to start with 20 AP in all colors (except TU as there would be no TU tiles at all) so 120 total AP. First one to get under 10 AP total wins.
1) If you fire a power, the turn ends (so max 1 power that uses AP can be fired a turn).
2) If you match tiles, the OTHER team gains the AP rather than you.
3) All AP gain/drains in powers are reversed (so BrB matching a protect would drain 1 blue/green AP from your total, firing Golden Mays red would add 20 random AP to your total etc).Obviously no damage is done from matches/firing powers since the winning condition is to use up your AP. Just as obviously you'd need a rainbow team to win.

The problem with sort of puzzly stuff like this in PvP, is that you'll be able to see everybody else's defensive teams. Someone will come up with the best/most efficient way to solve whatever puzzle you're trying to solve and then everybody else will just copy it.
Plus this isn't the sort of thing you'd want to do over and over again, while trying to climb. It's a better fit for PvE probably, maybe as some kind of new puzzle gauntlet setup.

Is that really a power of his? I never use him unless he's a required. It's a shame too because that winter illusion costume deserves more screen time.
One of his powers swaps the AP you earn from matching colours - I think you match purple but get yellow? Or might be other way round.

Hahahaha it does have Quandary vibes. But I'm in the minority of players that actually liked and enjoyed Quandary.
