You would think not being able to buy stuff from the store would be pretty high on the list. Losing money here fellas

What’s the goal of this post? As was mentioned to you before, the Kindle store bug is a Unity-wide problem. Not MPQ specific. They may simply not be able to fix it at this point until Unity makes an adjustment (if they will).

To remind you, here’s the post (to which you responded)

Are you seriously trying to give them grief for something you know is out of their hands?

Do you just try to be salty because it's in your name?

Why would anyone take your complaints/opinions seriously if you're going to completely ignore responses?

Ehhhh, I'm giving a pass on a lot of recent stupidity because I HAVE TO to remain interested in the game, but losing an entire purchasing ecosystem because you didn't think about it is pretty darn dire. I do feel that they're doing their best at this point, but decisions like that give the impression of 5 chicken bodies running about in search of the one head that got axed.

The Amazon app store being down had nothing to do with any choices made my MPQ devs. You interjected to respond to something I asked someone else and said nothing of relevance.

If anything, you blamed them for something that is clearly not in their control, then threw in a convoluted insult because you think it makes you sound clever.

Everyone has a right to their opinions, but they have a responsibility to think those opinions through before inflicting then upon the rest of us.

Anyway... Amazon app store isn't something MPQ can fix. The end. There's no reason to use it to try to attack MPQ. Doing so is ridiculous. There being more than over person who is blaming MPQ after it's already been addressed boggles the mind.

Fair enough, I clearly misunderstood some things.

I think the new team can fix it. I for one am glad they are getting qualified employees.

lol…you are literally the only person from all forumites who commented on the announcement about this. Why wouldn’t we assume based on that detail alone that you are aware of the situation and know that it’s outside of the devs hands?

I believe they meant that you just weren’t reading and understanding the comments of others on the topic. Not that you didn’t respond straight away.

Not wishing to, in any way, weigh in on this discussion. Just trying to provide clarification. Carry on as you were.

I think it's pretty clear now that this guy is just trolling. Putting people on your ignore list is something that is an option.

But . . . they aren't (not for this specific reason). You can relatively easily start up MPQ on another non-Kindle device or Steam and have CS link your accounts. So you can purchase anything on the non-Kindle device and have it available on your Kindle device. Easy.

Unless you are someone like me who only plays MPQ on their Kindle device and does not want to install it on anything else because they purposefully put it on a big honkin' tablet to limit their play patterns. Sure, I COULD go buy a non-kindle tablet to install and play it on, but I just upgraded to replace my ancient Kindle that was too old to run MPQUnity.

So, from MPQ's perspective, they have a satisfactory work around. From the chatter I have seen, to fix it, they would need to install a 3rd party IAP library to connect to the Amazon payment systems and that just entails a lot of extra risk. If they have a viable work around AND Unity is working to correct this issue themselves (different conversation if they aren't) then MPQ can just wait it out.

You have a life, but somehow make time to troll with nonsense.

You've been notified it's not their issue, and not something they can fix. You have responded to that info. Then you ignore that info. Then you ignore that you've responded to that info because you're just too busy. And you pretend others are the problem.

    You're absolutely ridiculous.

Anyway... I'm going to follow some very good advice and set you to ignore because you have nothing of use to communicate.

    Happy holidays though..

Oh no. You seem upset. Hope your day gets better for you

When are you guys fixing the thing where someone buys something and gets something else instead?
Very stressful and discouraging. Not to mention inconvenient, having to contact CS and taking days to resolve. Especially if it happens on or just before weekends.

On Discord last week, S0kun said the purchase issue would be part of the 335 release.

There was not a timeframe given for that but maybe this week?
