Season pass color quests are a slog

If you devs wanna nerf something how about make match every color 30 times Instead of 60. Even with the right color characters it still takes forever

    But we do have a whole month to do those ones. I think they’re just meant to happen at a trickle during the normal course of play. I never make a special effort and still get them done with my normal clears. The only one I have to do something consciously different for is the web tiles one.

    I’m not saying they’re ’great fun’ or anything, but there’s also no need to complete them all within a few days of the season starting. That would indeed be a slog.

    Those are the month long ones, you really don't need to grind them out with specific characters in a day, you can just let them happen naturally.

    Those are the easiest ones. The ones that are annoying are the ones that involve web tiles, or cd tiles, or repeater tiles that make me actually need to change what characters I use.

    Yeah always makes me break out 5 star Jubilee for the easy nodes in PvE and the ones that allow 5 stars in DDQ so that I have a bunch of repeaters to match.

    They should change them from 60 times to 1 time.

    I consider this a Unity issue, at this point. I couldn't tell you where I saw it, but I feel like the devs mentioned Unity would enable them to update those quests with greater variety. That they haven't yet is likely due to resources being spent on fixing what Unity broke.

    In short, this is one where I think patience will genuinely be rewarded. I'll admit, I'm "glass is half full"-ing this one.

    I like them as well, so I'll second the you can just ignore them rather than take them away from everyone because you don't like it. The extra rewards are nice, and sometimes the free costumes are actually pretty good.

    Like, I'm looking forward to getting the marvel vs Capcom venom look. The retro blue looks good on him. I miss out on the ascended 3 in the vault more often than not, but it's nice when I do get it.

    B and I don't agree on a lot, but that Venom blue costume is definitely one I'm looking forward to.

Said character is never boosted, doesn't fit onto any team you are trying to make things work with, and there are absolutely no shortcuts. You can normally speed the others up with the right characters, even the 80 Web tiles can be done in a single match, but this has to be 15 different wins. To me that is the most annoying slog.

    Win based ones are easy. I do those on the easy nodes in pve. Right now in SS, I'll use 5* Thanos and OR with said wins character for The Hand Eternal, Silence Broken, and Power Overwhelming nodes. Can finish it with final clears plus first three. Sometimes I'll need to do a match or two in simulator to finish if the pve is like OSS and has one easy node and one easy wave node.

    Wish we could have more like that, especially for older 5*s. They do take so long to cover...

    I've always wanted an opposite anniversary vault or store, where the least used 5s get some love and the opportunity to get built up. Yes, the reworked shard bonuses makes moving 5s along much better than previously, but nothing beats an actual cover.

    I miss the old vault pre season pass when we got vault tokens instead of exp points and they had 4 actual costumes not the chroma ones

    I'm sure we all do, but they aren't going to bring those back. What incentive do we have to spend on costumes when you can just wait until the one you want shows up as one of the ones in the vault?
