PVE progression rewards after the SCL Update

After the SCL Update was announced and implemented, as part of MPQ's 12th Anniversary Celebrations, I couldn't find any information online about what changed in the PVE progression rewards.

Within the game, I could see the rewards improved but couldn't tell by how much. What exactly changed? Would it make sense to move up, move down, or stay in the same SCL? Are the updated rewards worth switching to a different SCL? These were the kinds of questions I had that couldn't be easily answered without knowing more about the new progression rewards.

So I created my own version and this is what I'm posting here. The information in these tables show the updated progression rewards, what changed, and how they compare across the updated SCLs in PVE.

Of course, mistakes can happen as I was inventorying all of the changes. If something needs correction, please let me know and I will repost the update.
