The TOWER issue (day 14 completed, score still 2700)

I finished the TOWER event till Day 14, but score is still 2,700.
When I cleared Day 7, the game froze. After I reset it, only the clear data was saved, and I didn’t receive the 100 points. (I’m using the Japanese version, but as shown in the picture, the points for Day 7 are still there.)

Does this mean I can’t proceed beyond Day 15?
