Where’s everyone going? Broken game

This happened to my Alliance today, and it’s only one that actually posted about it, but one of the heavy hitters just quit the game citing how it doesn’t make sense with all the glitches and the constant crashing its so broken there’s no point in playing anymore.
People come and go, but when it’s a heavy contributor to alliance fights, you can’t help but notice.
Me, I’ve invested so much time, energy and money (and I continue to spend) that I won’t give up on the game until the developers do like some did on another game I used to play (unrelated to d3go).
I completely understand that level 6 character development is going to make some mad but that with all those that spent their life savings early on to become the mega-alliances they are, MarvelPQ has to evolve to make it interesting and keep them playing.
But we’re losing good players here.

My top 50 PVE alliance has also lost at least 3 longtime members in the last couple of weeks. I've never seen turnover in our alliance in the past 2 plus years.

The game needed to evolve, sure.

OTOH every single thing runs its course.

The needle-threading involved in adding new difficulties, a new tier, and nerfing Pol - while comms are abysmal, and the dev team is still facing a huge bug backlog due to Unity, and keep having to fix new ones and have completely undermined any confidence in themselves over the past 3.5 months…..

And they don’t know how to properly launch the tier or make offers because the game economy is completely screwed because they left PvP farming in place for waaaaay too long…

And it’s just not exactly exciting to have the new thing in pve being “larger health pools” when they kept telling us Unity would make new PVEs easier to make.

TBH it’s all playing out exactly as I expected but I’ve been trying to keep an open mind. But I’m a foolishly hopeful person sometimes.

Anyway player attrition is hardly surprising given everything.

I've been here so long, they probably have me until they turn off the lights. But i thought about it.

Actually everybody has already quit, the game has been dead for several months now. It's no longer in app stores, and any players you do see are bots.

Luckily they're leaving the forum up so we can keep complaining about it forever!

This was the first time I thought about it. My first instinct was to go to bcs website and see their other games. So that I know which games to avoid. After that it all about what will keep me entertained.
