Not Receiving Purchases

This is a ridiculous ongoing problem. Almost everything I try to buy I do not receive and have to log a claim. I want to support the game and this is hugely frustrating and harder to justify now.

Can we have an update as to when this will be fixed?

    The same thing keeps happening to me. I will purchase a package but i get some random stuff. End up having to make the purchase again to get the covers and costumes i was originally trying for. Not sure how i can submit proof of double purchases. .
