Game not loading past 32% on start up screen

Was there a data push or update this afternoon (CDT)? Game worked like normal this morning and early afternoon when I played, now at 5:30pm it won't load past 32% on the loading screen. Have forced closed and tried a few times.

There was a Amazon web services issue yesterday.
https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/statusThe only thing MPQ/you could do, was keep retrying, until Amazon fixed their issues.
