2 hour delay in slice 1

i get there was a mix-up in the pve event yesterday. but why does slice 1 now end and start @ 7 instead of 5? i play my clears when i wake up before work. now i can't and gotta slog through it all day. the cavalcade of problems is starting to get impressive in a 'it's actually not all that impressive' kind of way.

    I noticed the east coast US refresh times for the galactus event were also 2 hours shifted from historical norms. that isn't super awesome for me, but i supposed i've been in the sweet spot geographically by accident all this time and loads of other people have been asking for it to move.

    The start time was delayed by two hours, so they pushed everything back by two hours. Otherwise, the first day of S1 would've only had 22 hours.
