Unity Transition: Anniversary Thank You Package

As we roll out new features, update SCLs, and implement rebalances on our new Unity foundation, a few bumps have carried into the Anniversary as you've all seen and experienced lately. We're working on getting them all fixed through patches and new releases as best we can. Meanwhile, please accept our apologies with a compensation package that's being sent out very soon, with Devil Dino, who will also be making his appearance in upcoming vaults.

    That’s good and all, but when is a fix coming through for the backup saving bug that myself and others have been hit with? I haven’t had access to the contents of my account for over a month now. I missed half of last season and currently missing all of anniversary season because of it. And that’s not even bringing up the fact of the my missing hp and cp, my vip that I was unable to make use of and the premium pass that I wasted 1k hp on. I’ve been playing for years and making purchases since day 1. To see all of the time, effort and money I’ve spent to get every character as well as an SCL level of 300 wiped away because of bug is more than frustrating.

    VIP is only running when you're actually playing, so at least you wont miss anything there. Alliance CP are still not incoming.

    I assume any compensation owed to people affected to such an extent wouldn't be offered to all accounts. Yes, this game is a marathon, but that's a massive resource deficit.

    I just got 25 Dino shards. Was that the package?

    Yesterday I had some shards that appeared on Devil Dino and my Spider-Rex is ascended so it wasn’t from him.

    So maybe 25 went out to everyone.

    On Discord s0kun said we are still getting a package that will include some Big G shards.

    There are 25 Devil Dino shards in the season progression. There are actually more than that, but that is the first drop which has likely unlocked for everyone after a PVP or a bit of Sim.
