I don't know how it happened, but my game reset. I am working with support to restore my account, but I can't remember the name of the alliance I was part of. I am hoping when my account is restored I will still be a part of my alliance. If I am not I hope this helps them find me.

    Hi, you should still be part of your old Alliance when you're back up and running unless they have booted you. Fingers crossed it is resolved quickly for you.
