There's another supports bug.

If you rank up a support from one rank to the next then when you do that the game will automatically use any red ISO-8 you have to level up the support as well.

So, for example, if you have a rank 4 support at level 200 with 1600 shards and you rank it up to rank 5 then the game will add as many levels to that support as it can without even asking you.

If you have enough red ISO-8, it'll take that support to level 250.

So if you were saving red ISO-8 to level up other supports then, tough luck, that red ISO-8 might now be gone.

    I didn’t have this bug, but I had another one. When I got my shards, I was able to rank up my Eros arrow to R4. When I opened the support all four buttons level, swap, rank, and unequipped were all lit up. Then I hit the button to rank it up and it locked all four buttons. I could still back out of the support to the support screen, but if I push the swap or unequipped or level buttons, nothing happened. Then when I did back out to the support screen, it showed that I still had 1115 shards in the progress bar was full. I opened the support again and it was now ranked to R4 and showed only 215 shards. Then when I backed up to the support screen again, it also showed it ranked up and only 215 shards.

    Mine just now was sorta similar. I had gained enough shards to rank hellfire club from 3 to 4. I also had plenty of riso to bring it 200/200. Would tap on the button to rank up and nothing happened. I mean nothing. Didn't let me rank up, but none of my other buttons did anything like you and bull had. Came here to see if there was some other support shenanigans and found this.

    I backed out of the supports tab and then clicked back on it. My hellfire club was ranked up from 3 to 4. I then applied the riso without a problem. Equipped it without issue to a few characters with different star levels, ascended and not ascended and didn't have any trouble with it either.

    Im on a galaxy s25.

    I think this is actually EXACTLY what happened to me.

    I’m on an iPhone 11 Pro.

    I have a bunch of lvl 3 supports that are each a couple pulls away from being able to go to lvl 4. I wanna test this out some more but dont have the riso needed. Couple more days worth of play and I'll have it.
