Loading screen freeze

in MPQ Bugs and Technical Issues

I am still having the loading screen freeze. It started in late July for me, We were asked to have patience. I seen the update that it was addressed in early September for some. I haven't seen anything else for the rest of us still having this issue. I am not getting any reply to my emails. Can someone help?

    Can you be more specific please?
    Is it freezing on the first black Marvel loading screen? or the second blue MPQ loading screen?
    If it is the second blue screen, what percentage does it get to?

    What type/model of device are you using? Do you have MPQ installed on more than one device?

    After the game loads to 100 percent with the character loading screen, It then goes to a black screen with the red circles at the bottom, as if it is buffering.
    I have a HP
    AMD A6 6310 APU, AMD Radeon R4 graphics, 4.00GB

    That is the only device I use. it is a Steam account.

    The only time i have heard of this with a single account was on Steam.
    They thought their files might have been corrupted during an update.
    They uninstalled the app, deleted the folder:
    "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Demiurge Studios"
    (go to "Run" and paste that line above in)

    Then they reinstalled MPQ and it worked.

    Your account information is tied to your Steam account.
    You will not lose any data. The first time you play it after reinstalling, it will be kind of laggy/slow.
