[Investigating] Nissa's Expedition: Convoke is broken

Nissa's Expedition has Convoke 4 but it doesn't do anything. The cost of it is never reduced by having creatures on the battlefield.
Attached are pictures showing that I had creatures on the battlefield and that the Nissa's Expedition in my hand was still full cost.

Any chance of this getting a fixed? Convoke still works in general as far as I know, but still isn't working for this card.

@Magic:PQ Support Team if you're tagging things to investigate can you look into this? The convoke still doesn't work.
