Welcome to S.H.I.E.L.D altered in less than 12 hours...

This morning when I started the event, it was Captain Avalon.
This evening when I went back to fiddle with the first rounds, it was changed to MR.FANTASTIC (The Maker).

What the heck????

This is fantastic news. Now I can use the loaner in the first node against 4*doom to knock out all the shard quests.

    "altered"? No, corrected.

"... in less than 12 hours..."?

Why did it take that long? Long ago, I worked in broadcast, local television. In college I had some radio exposure, and my brother worked in radio for years. People in broadcast were encouraged, and certain positions were required, to listen/watch to the channel(s) being supported. Monitor them, that is. And if something went wrong, to call in, log in, or go in, as needed, to fix the issue.

Seems that either ... the people working on this game aren't monitoring (playing!) this game, at least not on the weekends, and the issue went unnoticed; or it was noticed but there was some issue that had to be worked through before pushing a correction; or it was noticed but onnly one person could address it and they weren't available for awhile (no redundancy); or ... it was noticed, but there was no urgency, i.e., no one cared.

If I had to guess, I'd say the game isn't monitored on weekends.

If a TV show or radio station goes off the air, no one continues to watch or listen to it and it can’t charge money for running ads etc.

If MPQ is malfunctioning we still log in and play as much as we can, and as long as the store works….if revenue is avg $450k a month this year, that’s $15k-ish a day. . Over 12 hours that’s probably like $7500. That’s just mobile too.

What’s the rush really? We aren’t going anywhere. 😂

It never has been, they take holidays off too.

Not the players though! You'd think folks would learn at some point -- the devs' behavior screams "this is not a big deal" but everyone continues to treat it like it is, or like it should be.

We used to get “Out of office” threads with the old Devs, lol. Also this is a global game and the Devs are at the **** end of time so expectations have to be managed according to where you are in the space time continuum.
