Dear Webcore,

Ok, I'm definitely motivated enough to finally write this since I started a new alternate account a few weeks ago. This alternate account is bronze and my main is currently gold tier.

Let's start with the 3 good items:

1) Tutorial battles that are detailed and skippable, if you want. Well constructed.
2) Training events for keywords and a fair share of gold. Great, except there are some sets missing.
3) Finding a quick coalition to join is easy. Nice!

Now, for the ok, bad, and terrible

1) Ok - unless you play lifelink or have a ton of life gain, energy will be a problem when you start, then never again.

Maybe give some of those cards at start or start new players in black or white instead of green.

2) Bad - Planer Chaos event - Great chance to build a standard collection, however, impossible to play in bronze or silver that high of PVE decks or "creator made" PVP decks.

Why the hell would all tiers face the same decks for the rotation event that is staying for so long and is integral to everyone?

Horrible daily event for new players to stare at and never play. Huge decision error.

Now for the one that will destroy your new player count for sure (if it hasn't already done it)

3) TERRIBLE - Bronze matchmaking

So far I get the fact that there might not be enough bronze players in events and you play against another tier.

HOWEVER, get this, in the 7 times it happened to me already, I got matched against PLATINUM players every damn time.

WTH? Really? No silver, no gold? Bronze vs Platinum????

It is flat out BAD PROGRAMMING and needs to be fixed ASAP.

This should NEVER happen!

Create some fake accounts for each tier so that, if the player count is low currently, players play FAIR and FUN matches every time. You could use this same logic for Planer Chaos as well

Sad to see this in my favorite game. (Although, not sure if "favorite" stays true for long without a concerted effort to fix it, if you truly care)

I hope that summary helps and it gives you enough info to start those fixes.

We all love the game, but the new player experience needs some love from you too.

Incredibly frustrating that matchmaking has not yet been addressed by @Magic:PQ Support Team https://forums.d3go.com/discussion/91077/the-problem-with-matchmaking-and-a-simple-solution

It's seems counter-intuitive to ignore one of the major barriers that new players face in getting into the game. It's almost as if growing the playerbase/having a successful game is not a priority, just milking the whales for every last bit of cash they can get.
