We know it’s been a rough stretch, and we truly appreciate you sticking with MPQ through it all. Your patience means a lot to us as we work to get the game back to a place where you can just jump in and enjoy it without the frustration of bugs.

As a thank you, we’ll be sending blanket compensation starting this weekend, with a one-week window to redeem it. You’ll receive a mix of covers, costumes, tokens, and 4 & 5-Star Wild Card shards, so please be sure to favorite your characters ahead of time to make the most of it.

    I'd prefer any other resources than costumes and red ISO... Both are useless to me... (Wishful thinking o:) )

    How about also giving us all support infinity stones at a level of at least 3+ since those seem sort of difficult to obtain. And lots of iso (both) and some coin, why not? But I doubt it matters since I still can’t login after having an almost 4000 day login streak now broken.

    It has been rough, for all parties. This compensation is greatly appreciated. Thanks for trying to smooth things out and being dedicated.

    Now to be sneaky; can one of the costumes please be the 3* Namor one? I'd love to rock the Emperor Numenor fit!

    Have you tried updating the app? I managed to get it updated yesterday.

    Also, I'm sorry you don't appreciate what's being offered to you, but what you're asking for here is way too much. I'm sure it's an emotional response and, while your emotions are valid, that doesn't entitle you to demanding more more more. I mean no disrespect here, but am trying to offer perspective.

    4000 day steak? I'm close to 4000 day total but I miss days here and there and also took a year off. Some days are just so hectic... Or I'm in the middle of nowhere with no service... I just don't have time (or access) for my phone. 4000 days in impressive.

    Finally, I have all the stones. It's very nice to have them as a mark of achievement. Trophies of more sentimental value than support fueled omnipotence. Yes, they can be useful, but they're not the most powerful supports in the game anymore. The offered shards are likely far more impactful on the day to play of far more people than the stones would be. I do understand the completionist aspect though. Again, I'm only offering a different perspective.

    I didn’t think the stones were that great until I got the Soul Stone to R5.

    Maybe it depends on your teams and things but it really makes a difference.

    I think they are useful, certainly. I just think there are other supports that outshine them in terms of "must have" or meta ranking. And anyone still building their roster (which is most of those who play, I assume) will get a greater return from the offered shards for specific meta characters they may be missing than they would from any of the stones.

    before I was getting stuck on the loading screen, but but now my game can't even get past the initial Marvel screen. Is anybody else having this issue?

    That was the version of the loading screen issue I had on R327 — sure you’re on R328?

    I'm fairly certain. It used to get past the Marvel screen and the loading bar would always get stuck at like 38% or something. Now I don't even get past the marvel sreen

    The costumes are the Monica and spider man ones that were in that vault we couldn't get tokens for. Already have both costumes, so just 1000 hp for me

    A part of me wish the devs could take a joke. My ideal costume for this mess would be the devpool character with a bagman paper bag, some of the buttons on the satchel could be changed aswell to anti unity and R237. Simple but elegant.
