Steam - Cannot sell 2* Ghost Rider Alejandra Jones or 2* Black Widow Original

Anyone else unable to sell these 2* characters? Other characters can be sold, but these 2 just don't sell when clicking "Confirm", it just reverts to the Sell page.

[The issue was reported, and 6/26/25 email said it may take longer than the usual 24-72 hours to get response from the team.]

    I had a 2a4 lvl 370 Wolverine and started a new 2* with the intention of ascending to 4* lvl 270 to get my 5*. Today I drew 4* lvl 270 from a vault and used it to ascend to 5*. Then I tried to sell the new 2* that has 12 covers and 1 saved and when I clicked on confirm nothing happened, it wouldn’t sell him.

    Edit* After applying a cover and then champing him I could sell my 2*. I think the saved cover is what was preventing me from selling him because someone else in my alliance had the same problem.
