Hidetsugu's Second Rite lacking a Not Now button

Options

Hidetsugu's Second Rite (Foundations rare, red spell, 14 mana)

Card text begins with "Deals 10 damage to any target.". Unlike other burn spells that deal damage to any target, there is no "Not Now" option when the spell has full mana.

Expected behaviour:
1. have Hidetsugu's Second Rite in hand, fill it with 14 mana
2. card targeting overlay comes up, allowing you to either select a target and confirm, or to select "Not Now" to decline casting the card

Observed behaviour:
1. have Hidetsugu's Second Rite in hand, fill it with 14 mana
2. card targeting overlay comes up, forcing you to select a target and confirm. there is no "Not Now" button

There are many spells that auto-fire, but not ones that require selecting a target. Every other spell that requires selecting a target also allows you to choose not to cast it. Hidetsugu's Second Rite should follow this behaviour.

I just experienced this bug so it's obviously not fixed

This is definitely the type of thing that Oktagon would have told us was 'working as intended' ^_^

At least it's an any target damage spell so you can almost always target the opponent with it. Last I heard Parting Gust has the same issue but that targets a nontoken creature so you van get forced into targeting your own creature.
