No longer receiving bonus awards on Steam

My main account on Steam which spends often, hasn't received any bonus rewards since the last update on 7/17 or so.

My alternate account on Android which plays in frequently and spends even less frequently, is receiving bonus rewards just fine.

Rewards on Steam were getting backed up and restarting the game would cause them to deliver. That is not the case this time with bonus rewards. Other reward types are coming through just fine.

    Additional detail occurred to me ... the bonus rewards stopped whe nVIP expired. I gave VIP a go because it was 5 bucks. let it run out, as I prefer to pick and choose offers.

    It expired and the bonus rewards stopped. However, I make several purchases each week on thsi account, so the bonus rewards should NEVER stop!

    Please advise.
