Adding cover is not working for all ascended characters

About have of my characters who got covers can’t add the covers in the upgrade screen. The covers are there, but the “add cover” button is disabled. But it does work for some of them. What a ridiculous upgrade!

  Update to the new version released today and this will be fixed

  I had the same problem. Updated to the new version and now all my ascended upgrade covers that wouldn't work before are gone.
