Wow. That's an impressive list of useless characters.

Not that you need the levels, but 5* Magneto is extremely useful in a super tiny niche. Any of the match x colour quests or Puzzle Quest events, he, Sersi and 5* Storm are my go to team.

Hawkeye's AP Gen still has a spot in some teams as a support, but again small niche.

Cable hits hard after his buff.

Onslaught and Big Wheel are fun characters if not particularly useful. I like the board shake element even if it's not big damage.

Samurai Daken.... is also a character in the game

Everyone must vote for Big Wheel as I have 4 unfinished 5s left and mine has 6 covers right now.

I don't make the rules. Except maybe this one.

Vote for Big! Wheels for everyone!

I actually do use Magneto from time to time, but his puzzle quest utility doesn't benefit from levels.

I used to use Hawkeye for the all away team. But that team has been surpassed.

Cable does hit hard, but he's been boosted since his buff, and he still wasn't usable at baby champ levels. Someone with a 550-672 can probably do some fun things with supports and boosts, but that's not me.

I don't know. I realize the meta is what it is. This group really just feels like a bunch of trophies, though.

Seeing the characters in the poll, I want to quote Dr. Zoidberg

Life was bad, but then it was good again, now it‘s bad again

Imagine if Magneto came to the fight airborne for 1 turn, avoiding stuns and immediately punishing turn 1 tile spammers. Reasonably ease the pain of 2 dominant metas while helping fit the role of one of the supposedly strongest mutants.

They would add Blob right after I'm finishing my ascension of him... Fortunately, in my experience these choices only alter the results of my CP spending by 1-3 covers of those characters. It's mostly still random anyway.

My lowest leveled characters, and therefore my votes:

4-star: Doc Ock, Silver Samurai, Mysterio
5-star: Onslaught, Yelena Belova, Big Wheel

My Blob is around 510. He's not as fun as you'd want him to be. At least, I haven't found the team yet.

But I 100% agree with you about Magneto. Him and Doom feel like wet noodles in this game.

The devs for this game clearly do not follow the Marvel VS Capcom scene. Shame.

I have some teams lined up for Bloob already, though I think he might be less fun, more so than I chose him since he is one of only 2 characters who counters SAPs AND match damage, while also having a jump to font mechanic (which I love).

Lowest 4s: Elektra, Luke Cage, Silver Samurai
Lowest 5s: Wolverine, Yelena, Big Wheel

It has been 2.5 years since Big Wheel was featured in PVE and we've had several other characters more than once since then, e.g. Colossus, Captain America (First), Spider-Man (PP). Has he slipped through the cracks of rotation or is his PVE feature imminent?

Based on combo of lowest level + potential usage:

    5:
    1) Yelena
    2) Magneto
    3) Onslaught

Yelena at least gets used in that one PvE essential node nonsense you need to complete with her and/or her sister to open the sub. Magneto actually has some decent use cases. Onslaught...because otherwise Jeffrey?

    4:
    1) Blob
    2) Invisible Woman
    3) Silver Samurai

Blob isn't fun to play, he's just a pain on defense when boosted. Invisible Woman because maybe the new FF4 movie means some new feeders. And Silver Sam is just low.

Until you ascend 1 star Yelena to a 5 star. Then she is massively more useful than her natural 5 star counter part. Having 1a5 black widow and 1a5 yelena made those nodes so much easier.

The characters whose odds will be boosted come Thursday’s rotation.

I offered a crisp new Washington to make sure Big Wheel won but no one seemed interested, so no promises. But I’m still hoping.

Is there somewhere that I can see which 5* and 4* characters have had boosted odds in the Classic Legends Packs and when?

The picture of the heroes and villains on the Classic Legends panel are the ones with increased odds.
Go to the Classic pull panel and click the "i" mark. It will tell you the increased odds of the classics that are boosted.

I think they are looking for a history of who won the polls etc each time they updated it/had one.

I’m not sure anyone has kept a record as a player but the forum etc usually doesn’t post about it at all, just the poll. Never the results and it’s somewhat rare to discuss the whole group.

Also note that in a number of cases a winner has repeated. There’s not a lot of
point in tracking it other than to figure out why maybe some of your toons are bigger than others if you forgot, lol.
