    5-star Black Widow, so she can get the rework that she so desperately needs...
    Silver Surfer and X-23, as they're my other two lowest leveled 5-stars on the list.

    Black Widow, Doctor Doom and The Hunter as these have the lowest covers.
    Cloak & Dagger, Hulkbuster and Northstar as they could all use a boost in champ levels.

    He did. This is a vote for who appears in the next batch of Classics with increased odds. Has no effect on who gets rebalanced, in fact they've said they were putting a halt in rebalances until after the new engine.

    Not sure where that guy got the idea that this vote has any effect on rebalances.

    You're right; this poll has nothing to do with rebalances. I just think that, of all the 5-stars, Black Widow is in the most desparate need of a re-work. Her abilities are way over priced, and her health and match damage are both really low. Getting more covers to more people will hopefully give the "She needs a rework" idea a little bit of a push.
