It felt that way to me in regards to the mana crystal sale.

I was waiting for the deck slot sale too and assumed / hoped they would announce it via the Inbox. Didn't see anything and most certainly didn't stumble upon it. Feels like another missed chance to me. Oh well... maybe this year.

They didn't guarantee it for the Holiversary just that we'd eventually get one at some future date. Which doesn't really tell you much because that could be years from now.
